Capability version 2026-08-07-awards-v1 Rate dates shown with each preview Last reviewed 7 August 2026
Setup and rate preview only

TaskForceOne does not currently calculate Hospitality Award roster costs, interpret Hospitality timesheets, or produce Hospitality Award payroll results.

Supported now

  • Organisation setup: effective-dated Hospitality Award enablement and an optional organisation default.
  • Employees: adult full-time, part-time, and casual employees in non-casino classifications.
  • Classifications: Levels 1–6.
  • Rate preview: rates from the active Award version stored in TaskForceOne for ordinary, evening or night, Saturday, Sunday, public-holiday, and overtime categories where present.
  • Rate comparison: minimum-derived rates are shown separately from rates derived from the employee base entered by the organisation.
  • Part-time setup: guaranteed roster-cycle hours and configured availability intervals can be recorded.

A rate preview shows possible rates for selected inputs. Check the Award version and effective date shown with the preview against the current official pay guide. The preview does not decide which rate applies to a shift or calculate the employee's pay.

Not supported in this release

  • roster labour-cost estimates, shift segmentation, or minimum-engagement calculations;
  • timesheet interpretation, payroll results, or Award-category export;
  • allowance entitlement or selection;
  • loaded-rate or annualised-wage arrangements and reconciliation;
  • juniors, apprentices, casino classifications, or managerial classifications;
  • higher duties, RDO or ADO interpretation, deductions, or accommodation and meal rules; and
  • deciding Award coverage, classification, exemption, or which industrial instrument applies.

A Hospitality profile therefore returns no Award roster cost and a visible unsupported-calculation warning. TaskForceOne does not substitute the Restaurant calculator or a base-rate-only estimate.

What your organisation must check

Confirm the applicable instrument, employee classification and arrangements, the entered base rate, and every rate against the current Award and pay guide. Calculate and review shifts, entitlements, allowances, overtime triggers, and final pay outside TaskForceOne until those products are expressly listed as supported here.
