How does the free trial work?

Sign up for a 14-day trial of the features currently available in the plan. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, continue for $5 AUD per active team member/month, or $3.75 per active team member/month with annual billing.

What happens when my trial ends?

Continue for $5 AUD per active team member/month, or $3.75 per active team member/month with annual billing. Access after the trial is subject to the current subscription and account-closure terms.

What platforms does it run on?

Any modern browser, plus native iOS and Android apps. Managers typically use the desktop dashboard, staff use the mobile app.

Does it integrate with payroll?

The current plan includes supported Xero export workflows and CSV download. Review mappings, approved time data, and provider responses before processing payroll.

Can employees swap shifts themselves?

Yes. Staff request swaps through the app, managers approve from their dashboard.

How many locations can I manage?

The current plan supports multiple configured locations. Contact support if you need to confirm suitability for a large or complex location structure.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing settings whenever you want. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?
