Sign up for a free trial

Head to the free trial page and fill in your details. You'll need your name, email address, and a password.

Set up your organisation

Once you've signed up, you'll be prompted to create your organisation. This is where all your team data, rosters, and settings live.

  1. Enter your business name
  2. Select your industry (hospitality, retail, healthcare, etc.)
  3. Choose your default timezone
  4. Set your roster week start day (e.g. Monday)

Create your first location

Locations represent your physical workplaces — a restaurant, warehouse, office, or store. You need at least one location before you can create rosters.

  • Go to Settings > Locations and tap Add Location
  • Enter the location name and street address
  • Optionally set a GPS radius for clock-in verification
