How does the free trial work?

Sign up and you get 14 days with every feature unlocked. No credit card required. When the trial ends, teams under 10 people stay on the free plan automatically.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you have 10 or fewer team members, you move to the Free plan at no cost. Larger teams can upgrade to Pro or export their data.

What platforms does it run on?

Any modern browser, plus native iOS and Android apps. Managers typically use the desktop dashboard, staff use the mobile app.

Does it integrate with payroll?

The Pro plan includes Xero integration — approved timesheets flow straight into payroll. More integrations are on the roadmap.

Can employees swap shifts themselves?

Yes. Staff request swaps through the app, managers approve from their dashboard.

How many locations can I manage?

One on Free, unlimited on Pro. Each location gets its own rosters, teams, and settings.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from billing settings whenever you want. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Is my data secure?

Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Australian infrastructure. See our security page for details.
