- How does the free trial work?
- Sign up and you get 14 days with every feature unlocked. No credit card required. When the trial ends, teams under 10 people stay on the free plan automatically.
- What happens when my trial ends?
- If you have 10 or fewer team members, you move to the Free plan at no cost. Larger teams can upgrade to Pro or export their data.
- What platforms does it run on?
- Any modern browser, plus native iOS and Android apps. Managers typically use the desktop dashboard, staff use the mobile app.
- Does it integrate with payroll?
- The Pro plan includes Xero integration — approved timesheets flow straight into payroll. More integrations are on the roadmap.
- Can employees swap shifts themselves?
- Yes. Staff request swaps through the app, managers approve from their dashboard.
- How many locations can I manage?
- One on Free, unlimited on Pro. Each location gets its own rosters, teams, and settings.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from billing settings whenever you want. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
- Is my data secure?
- Encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted on Australian infrastructure. See our security page for details.
