About the Role

We're looking for a sales representative to help Australian businesses discover TaskForceOne. You'll be the first person prospects talk to — running demos, answering questions, and showing operations managers how TaskForceOne can save them hours every week.

This isn't a cold-calling role. We generate inbound leads through our website, content, and referrals. Your job is to turn interest into customers.

What You'll Do

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's industry
  • Build relationships with operations managers, business owners, and HR teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through onboarding handoff
  • Develop a deep understanding of rostering challenges across hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other industries
  • Share customer feedback with the product team to shape what we build next

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to SMBs or mid-market
  • Ability to understand and communicate a technical product without being an engineer
  • Strong listening skills — you diagnose before you prescribe
  • Comfort with remote work and managing your own pipeline independently
  • Genuine interest in rostering, operations, or HR tech

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to hospitality, healthcare, or retail businesses
  • Familiarity with Australian award rates, Fair Work, or payroll processes
  • Previous experience at an early-stage company
