Sales Representative
About the Role
We're looking for a sales representative to help Australian businesses discover TaskForceOne. You'll be the first person prospects talk to — running demos, answering questions, and showing operations managers how TaskForceOne can save them hours every week.
This isn't a cold-calling role. We generate inbound leads through our website, content, and referrals. Your job is to turn interest into customers.
What You'll Do
- Qualify inbound leads and conduct product demos tailored to each prospect's industry
- Build relationships with operations managers, business owners, and HR teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through onboarding handoff
- Develop a deep understanding of rostering challenges across hospitality, healthcare, retail, and other industries
- Share customer feedback with the product team to shape what we build next
What We're Looking For
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to SMBs or mid-market
- Ability to understand and communicate a technical product without being an engineer
- Strong listening skills — you diagnose before you prescribe
- Comfort with remote work and managing your own pipeline independently
- Genuine interest in rostering, operations, or HR tech
Nice to Have
- Experience selling to hospitality, healthcare, or retail businesses
- Familiarity with Australian award rates, Fair Work, or payroll processes
- Previous experience at an early-stage company
